Terms of Use
Version of 22 September 2026
These Terms set out the conditions on which Lunaris provides access to its material. Paying for a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, means accepting them in full.
1General provisions
1.1These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website lunaris.cc, the client software and the accompanying services (together, the “Service”).
1.2Registering, paying for a subscription, or otherwise actively using the Service confirms that the User has read these Terms and accepts them.
1.3A User who does not accept them stops using the Service.
1.4These Terms are a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Any of the actions above constitutes acceptance and concludes a contract on the terms set out here.
2What the Service provides
2.1The Service provides intangible digital goods and services: visual modifications for the game Minecraft — cosmetic items, interface elements, effects and shaders — together with access to updates, support and accompanying material.
2.2Delivery takes the form of access to functionality and to file downloads once payment is confirmed. Nothing physical is shipped.
2.3The modifications change only what is drawn on the User's screen. They do not alter game logic, do not forge network packets and confer no advantage in play.
2.4The value of a subscription is in the updates, the maintenance and the means of delivery, not in the exclusivity of any individual file.
3Disclaimer of warranties
3.1The Service is provided “AS IS”.
3.2The Administration does not warrant:
- uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service;
- compatibility with arbitrary modpacks, modifications and game versions;
- that the Service will meet any particular expectation of the User.
3.3The Administration is not liable for:
- direct or indirect loss, including loss of profit;
- the acts and omissions of third parties, including payment providers, hosting providers and carriers;
- temporary failures, access restrictions and data loss arising from causes outside its reasonable control.
4Rules of game servers
4.1The rules of servers and game communities are set by their owners, not by the Administration. Some of them forbid any client modification regardless of what it does.
4.2The User checks for themselves whether the Service is permitted where they intend to play.
4.3The Administration is not liable for sanctions applied to a User by a game server's administration and does not refund a subscription on that account.
5Intellectual property
5.1The Service's material — source code, graphics, text, documentation and interfaces — is protected by intellectual property law.
5.2A subscription grants the right to use that material personally. Copying, distribution, resale, transfer to third parties, and circumventing or removing technical protection measures are not permitted.
5.3Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. The Service is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
5.4Infringing those rights results in access being blocked without a refund of the subscription.
6Account and access
6.1The User is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for everything done under their account.
6.2The Administration may suspend or restrict access where:
- these Terms have been breached;
- abuse is found: mass registration, payment fraud, exploitation of vulnerabilities;
- the law or a payment provider requires it.
6.3A restriction on access does not discharge obligations that arose before it.
7Payment and refunds
7.1The price of a subscription and the payment terms are shown on the Service's pages before a payment is made.
7.2Payment is made in full, in advance, through the connected payment systems. Access opens once the provider confirms the payment.
7.3The digital goods are intangible, and once access has actually been provided there is no refund, except in the cases below.
7.4A refund is made where:
- the service was not delivered for a technical reason on the Service's side;
- access to a paid subscription was in fact never provided;
- the same transaction was charged twice.
7.5A refund request goes to Discord within 24 hours of payment, quoting the payment identifier and describing what happened. The decision follows a check of the technical logs.
7.6The User undertakes not to start a chargeback before contacting support. Going to the bank instead of support is a breach of these Terms and results in the account being blocked.
8The Administration's obligations
8.1The Administration undertakes to:
- keep the Service running and fix technical failures within a reasonable time;
- give notice of planned work affecting availability where that is possible;
- receive and consider Users' questions about operation, payment and refunds.
8.2This section does not displace the disclaimer of warranties: the Administration makes reasonable efforts but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
9Personal data
9.1The Administration collects the minimum data the Service needs to work. How it is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never passed to the Service.
10Dispute resolution
10.1The parties resolve disputes by negotiation.
10.2A pre-action claim is mandatory: before going to court the User sends a claim to Discord describing what is sought.
10.3A reply is sent within 30 days of receiving the claim.
10.4An unresolved dispute goes to court under the law of the Russian Federation.
11Changes to these Terms
11.1The Administration may change these Terms unilaterally.
11.2The version in force is published on this page.
11.3Using the Service after a new version is published means accepting it.
12Final provisions
12.1These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
12.2The Administration is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure: acts of authorities, accidents, loss of power or communications, or the acts of third parties including payment and hosting providers.
12.3If one provision is held invalid, the rest remain in force.
12.4For anything concerning the Service, payment or refunds, the User writes to Discord.
By using the Service the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.
